日本の住宅金利が低い！実はこれは、現在の不動産価格の高騰に結びついています。
金利が下がれば下がるほど、不動産価格が上昇しています。逆もまた然りで、金利が上がれば不動産価格は下がります。
金利が先か、不動産価格が先か、これはその他の経済状況によりますので、これといった答えはございませんが、今後、このブログで発表したいと思います。
